Shortly after buying a used RAV4 Prime, I brought it to Dave's for a full diagnostic inspection. I waited in their comfy waiting area & did some personal paperwork while they checked out my car -- which took an hour less than they said it would! The front desk guys were awesome, and I could ask questions without feeling like a dummy... which is great because there is a LOT to learn about a plug-in hybrid! One of them even offered to sit with me in my car and explain some of the (many) dashboard settings/options! Happily, my car checked out to be in "like new" condition (I got lucky, having never bought a used car before). Will be going to this shop from now on! It is VERY clear that they know hybrids... and their prices seem quite fair given their expertise. [Also: there is a very sweet tortoise and a little dog too, which add to the friendly atmosphere -- especially while waiting.]

Incredible positive experience with this company and the owner. They had the car ready, the paperwork ready, extremely clean, runs much better than expected. Their attitude is “no dumb questions”. I prefer this over a brand new purchase. Pricing is extremely good. They deliver. They make the process seamless. They have my trust. They have my confidence.
5/29/2025. I had several important to me questions; the people Dave hired are excellent. Problem with one clicker. Within 10 minutes resolved. Questions about the transfer from electric to gas: answered. This is one squared away shop…./
6/16/2025. This place gets better and better. They did a service on my vehicle today. It was very thorough and turned up things I needed to do. I had them take care of it and within a half an hour I was able to leave. This is definitelythe place to purchase and service your Toyota vehicle. The car drove much better after the service.
